Identity of an individual is very much critical in any Electronic Environment either E-Commerce or E-Government. A Certification Authority (CA) ensures the authenticity of identity of an individual, participating in the E-Environment by issuing Digital Signature Certificates. ECAC will ensure the reliability of Certification Authorities working in Pakistan, establishing a Web of Trust.
